The FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50.00 is ONLY available on DOMESTIC ORDERS at this time! Sorry to our International customers!
Domestic Orders: USPS 1st Class Bubble Mailer OR USPS Priority Mail (both with a Delivery Confirmation Number)
International Orders: USPS 1st Class, USPS 1st Class Registered OR Priority Mail (I can not ship via USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Boxes at this time)
1st Class International & Priority International Small Flat Rate Boxes are NOT TRACKABLE & insurance is NOT available on either option (according to USPS). I only ever had to reship 2 packages and I have been in business since 2008 (KMS Cosmetics & Suds n Sass)! Unfortunately, 1st Class International & Small Flat Rate Boxes aren't scanned once they leave the US which can cause many problems.
Returns:
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns due to sanitary issues.
Order Errors & Damages: If there is a problem with your order (damaged items OR wrong product, size, color etc.) please use the Product Returns page within 3 days of receiving your order! Refunds/Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis and I may require you to email photos of the error(s)/damages.
Missing/Lost Packages: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you purchase 1st Class REGISTERED Mail OR Priority Mail so you can track your package! Any packages not received after a full 6 weeks from the shipping date will receive a refund (less shipping costs). This ONLY applies for packages shipped via 1st Class REGISTERED Mail AND Priority Mail. If you purchased regular 1st Class Mail (not registered), you will receive a refund (less a 20% fee and less shipping costs).
