Q: Do you give away free samples?
A: Every order will receive 2 complimentary samples.
Q: What is a GWP?
A: GWP stands for Gift With Purchase. If you spend at least $15 (after any coupons/discounts & before shipping/taxes), you will receive 1 complimentary GWP! It will NOT be a sample size and it could be from our regular line, a limited edition item or something made specifically for a GWP.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Starting July 1, 2012 we will be offering FREE Shipping on all orders of $50 or more (ONLY available on Domestic Orders at this time)!
Q: Will you send me free products to review?
A: At this time, I do not send out free products for review. However, we do offer a review pack HERE that is deeply discounted. Review packs are limited to one per customer per lifetime & are not to be used with any coupon code or other discount.
Q: Do you make custom colors?
A: Feel free to send me an email and let me know what product you'd like and what color you would like it to be. Please be as specific as possible and I will see what I can do!
